Creating a Culture of Excellence for All Conference School Administrative Assistants Convention UnConference for Women in School Leadership WorkshopsManaging to Lead Workshops Managing to Lead is designed for an administrator and his/her administrative assistant to take TOGETHER. This has helped countless teams and schools take substantial “leaps forward” in their work – and in their personal lives. Register for this one-day workshop with your teammate and find a better way! Participants spend the day working together as a team to improve time management and office procedures for a more productive, professional, and enjoyable daily experience at work and beyond! Increasing Literacy Outcomes for Struggling MS/HS Readers When we know better, we can do better. The ACT Study and other similar studies clearly show that the number one focus to maximize growth and achievement for MS/HS readers is routine practice with grade-level, complex texts. This workshop will walk participants through the research and theory, and provide realtime practice with the strategies used to support students in grade-level text. This learning complements WI Act 20 literacy initiatives and will inform your team on how this can be implemented at the secondary level. Our facilitator is a current WI educator and a National Consultant. He has worked with numerous districts, leaders, and educators across the country to facilitate this learning.
