WI Educator Development, Support, and Retention Survey Open Now

The Wisconsin Educator Development, Support, and Retention (WEDSR) survey is open from now until June 1st. The survey covers a number of important topics, including school climate, educator effectiveness, feedback, job satisfaction, and equity.

Schools and districts with a response rate of at least 35% will have free access to the WEDSR Data Dashboard, which presents local data that may be used as part of school improvement and priority planning. Results can be compared to district and state averages as well as to similar school types and regions. A video tutorial of the WEDSR Data Dashboard is available here: https://youtu.be/zRo4res1cNg

The survey goes live on March 1st and will be open until June 1st. It can be accessed through the SREed website

The survey is administered annually in the spring by the office of Socially Responsible Evaluation in Education at UW-Milwaukee in partnership with researchers at the Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative at UW-Madison and the Department of Public Instruction. Collectively, the group is the Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness Research Partnership.
