Mastering Academy: Deepening Impact

A continuing, professional learning option for Wisconsin administrators who have already successfully engaged in AWSA’s Mastering Academy (formerly known as the Mastering Leadership Academy/MLA).

If you have participated in the Mastering Leadership Academy to date, you know the power of the academy’s resources, the collegial Professional Learning Network you are leveraging, and the integrated approaches for addressing a student-centered, equity-based problem of practice, all within the power of ongoing inquiry/implementation cycles.

But now what?  You can see and feel the progress, but you have not yet arrived at achieving success with all students, and the urgent nature of running a school/division can conspire to halt ongoing progress and transformation.  So what supports are available to deepen the impact on these early practice shifts so that you can sustain transformative approaches over time yet also find a balance in time away from the district?

If this resonates, strongly consider registering for the Mastering Academy - Deepening Impact in 2025-26.
