The Aspiring Administrator Workshop is for outstanding educators whom we hope to attract to school administration. The Workshop’s primary purpose is to connect teachers, whose career goals include seeking administrative positions, to currently practicing administrators through publications, inservice programs, attendance at WFEA-sponsored programs, AWSA meetings, etc.  These opportunities will provide an excellent introduction to topics, issues, problems, and other facets of school administration.
