The Data Leadership Academy is designed to help leaders and leadership teams develop an inquiry mindset, data use culture, and capacity to lead continuous improvement efforts that focus on high quality data-informed teaching, learning, and systems improvement. During each session, team members will learn, reflect, discover, refine, and design strategies to enhance their own leadership systems through hands-on inquiry using their own data throughout the year. 

Outcomes: Specific outcomes of the Data Leadership Academy include the following: 

• Develop local structures that support an inquiry mindset
• Effectively use data to identify priority needs for student learning and educator practices
• Plan for and use cycles of data inquiry within district, school and teacher teams to guide continuous improvement
• Implement practices inquiry to inform theories of action and plan for program evaluation

Credit: Participants may seek credit from Viterbo University for this Academy.

Cost: $359 for members and $628 for non-members

Duration/Dates: All sessions are full day. You choose one cohort. There will be an optional fifth day at the QE Convention on June 27, 2018 in the Wisconsin Dells. Registration will be separate.
